Aviation, projects, training and IT? What do these issues have to do with each other?

MhAviation Projekt- u. Beteiligungs AG was founded in 2014 (then still called mhAviation AG) for a project to use IT-supported simulator technology in aviation training.

Over the years, customer requests have increasingly focused on IT projects and their management, which is why we have consistently developed the company in the direction of IT and project support.

Both in the aviation and the IT industry, it is not only a project's technical challenge that is the decisive factor, but often also the human one.

This human factor is proven to be one of main causes of most (flight) incidents worldwide. And in our opinion, it is also the key factor for success or failure in most IT projects. Our philosophy is therefore based on the fact that a project is only successful if it has right experts on board from the very beginning. This is the only way to ensure the overall success of a project.

Finding this "crew" for our customers, coaching them and preparing them for the respective customer project is one of our key services. To achieve this, we rely on professional partners at home and abroad and use our own employees with years of project experience in IT and information security.
